What's on the menu for everyone today??
I'm going to make us a surf & turf tostadas and bubbly brunch with the leftover Salsa Verde Beef and calamari from last night's dinner.

Roxanne is making me hungry for clams!
The boys surprised me with boiled peanuts that were still warm! Oh my, the best EVER! So we gorged on those instead of making dinner. They are good later, but eating them warm right after they are made is the best!
