Altho, the filling for the empanadas can be played with, maybe perk it up a little. But, I'd make both again anytime!! (So, first two tried from this book have been winners!!! )
a little p.s.note - I used 1/2 beef stock and 1/2 corn stock (both homemade) and what a nice combination for the soup.
