This is from the last Grilling Book, my June/July Cookbook Challenge pick. LOTS of flavor. The rub is typical and a little spicy, but the chow-chow makes it! Don't skip this part.

No changes or recommendations for this one.

Much better than the Steak Sandwich, while good, but not nearly as flavorful as this. I would give this a 9, for sure. Another hit from the Grilling 3 Book! After 2 good ones from this book, I'm anxious about the Lemon-Garlic Shrimp Skewers....later this week.
