Ron is back in Pa. for the day, so I'm on my own. Alyssa has a skating recital, so will probably have something with the family after that. Tomorrow will be a cooking day.

We're having Macs 'n Cheese with Apple Dummplins for dessert. Next week is killer for me and I'll need some simple leftovers to heat for dinner.
