Ron is back in Pa. for the day, so I'm on my own. Alyssa has a skating recital, so will probably have something with the family after that. Tomorrow will be a cooking day.

I made the roast duck last night in the Turkey Fryer. It was really good. So its leftovers for us

We're having Macs 'n Cheese with Apple Dummplins for dessert. Next week is killer for me and I'll need some simple leftovers to heat for dinner.
