I certainly hope so!!!!
Well, I have to decide between Chicken Burritos with Black Beans and Cheese, Orange Glazed Salmon, or Fried Catfish...I'm leaning heavily toward the catfish. The burritos will make a better lunch for Monday, so I'll probably do them tomorrow.

Castagna is a fabulous restaurant. I don't know about Beast, but it looks wonderful, too. One of our favorites is Andina, 1314 NW Glisan St. Excellent food with a Peruvian influence. Good Pisco Sours, too. Thanks for the place and menu recommendations on Ken's. We'll try it soon, hopefully without any fires! Too funny!

Bison mushroom burgers with my spicy cole slaw. Simple. I've got too much sewing to do before we leave. Meals will be simple this week.

light cocoa cupcakes with caramel sea salt glaze

that would be my choice also! Beef stir fry. Sugar free jello for dessert. I've been craving jello lately.
Practice safe lunch. Use a condiment.

Welcome to the forum, rperry! and Welcome back, WannaBe!
I didn't bring the connection thing for my camera, so can't post the pictures from Castagna - but, oh what a dinner. Plus "Grace" struck again...
