Pork Diane for Dinner

Hi Everyone

We had company over and I made the Pork Diane (as mentioned by Cuban Girl)
out of #63 - Was a really good dish and so very easy to make
Also made the Smashed potatoes and a Parasanam Brocolli
Finished with a Carrot/Pineapple/Peacan bars with cream cheese icing.
We were very happy with all the dishes and would make again.

Served a Red wine we bought when we were in fla a few years ago
