What's everyone up to??
This is our Wednesday to head for Everett, so will probably grab something at the casino - if we don't find some grazing goodies at a market Marye sent me info on. Sounds like a fun place. Savour Gourmet Food Shop.
They have all the goodies that Central carry...should be fun. Thanks Marye.

Chinese Quesadilla's with plum sauce (use up the shrimp & chicken fried rice)
Lettuce shreds & tomatoes
the rest of the wontons from yesterday
- this was inspired by an episode of Drive Ins, Diners, & Dives I watched over the weekend where they had combined southwestern, Asian, and Jamacan into their menu.

Just browsing foodgawker, but no set plan as yet. Have some ricotta filling left over from eggplant rollatine, maybe I'll find a use for that.

I have that Coconut Curry Chicken going in the crockpot and the smell is making me crazy hungry! I am thinking of cooking the green beans on the side instead of in the dish and I will make the jasmine sticky rice recipe they suggest along side. If smell is any indication, this should be good.
