Well, has everyone made the final choice for dinner tonight?? Everyone around here wants to see how the heck grilling pizza works, so we're having a big pizza party - even Tracie's boss wants to come see.
So, we'll have fun.

Meat and Cheese tray: Pastrami, Salami, Honey Ham, Manchego, Blue, Swiss, crackers and crostini Jean's Crab Stuffed Mushrooms Crab dip with toast points Proscuitto wrapped garlic AND Oyster Roast!

Keep your mind wide open. Quote: Trying to imagine the tiiiiiny, little roasting pan for that.  The Cheesecakes and the White Chocolate Banana Cream Pies are ready for when I go to help out at my friend's restaurant, this afternoon. For transport, I'll be keeping the whipped cream and white-chocolate shavings for the pie separate, for assembly there, rather than trying to cart around the fully assembled pies.

Eighteen of us are going out and I actually do know what I'm ordering already. A smoked chicken quesadilla. Best bargain on the menu at $9.95 and it is gooooood.
That quesadilla sounds delicious, Trixxee. When I worked at Wolfgang's, I always used to love the barbecued-duck quesadillas they had. Sometimes, I would use some of that duck to make a barbecued-duck pizza for myself.
