Had a class and really enjoyed the food -
We had a corn soup with a red pepper flan in it

Grilled Salmon with a wild blackberry butter

and vanilla poached peaches

The chef of these recipes - comes once a year to Mt. Vernon and its always
a great class - he is very down to earth

If you are interested I will post the recipes?

Blackberry butter - sounds good, I love to make flavored butters. It all sounds really tasty, Marye.
