another freezing question

HI

Sorry guys for asking idiotic questions. I have to premake 7 dinners and 7 lunches for 30 people. Lunches are easy...Sandwiches is what they are getting. Dinners are a different story. I do not believe I will have acess to the oven. Soo...if I am a bunch of corn bread muffins...Can I freeze them?.

Thanks

I don't see why not...I freeze bread all the time. Hopefully, someone more experienced with catering will come along and confirm or correct this assumption.

Absolutely. Most breads and cakes freeze very well. The Dessert-of-the-Month Club couldn't function with out it!

As with freezing anything of that nature, remember to wrap and seal it well, so it doesn't get dried out in the freezer.
If blueberry muffins have blueberries in them, what do vegan muffins have?
