Make your own panko bread crumbs?

I dabble in the art of making bento lunches occasionally and while at one of my favorite bento supply stores I ran across this little gem and just had to order it.

Panko de Panda

Don't be fooled by its cutsie appearance. Most of the bento items I have arecute, that's just they way they design them.

Now isn't that just the niftiest gadget! I love to use panko and especially love this idea. I'm going to look for this at the asian food market. What kind of bread are you suppose to use?

I'm too tired to look through all this today, but I sure will tomorrow.
