Olive, oregano, aioli, for grilled sausage

[Old Bay]

This is wonderful with grilled sausage, including homemade sausage--never used this before--wonderful!!
1 1/2 C chopped kalamata & good green olives (total)
1/2 C mayo
2 scallions, finely chopped
1/4 C extra virgin olive oil
1/4 C fresh lemon juice
2 T chopped capers
2 T chopped fresh oregano
1 jalapeno, minced (seed if you want)
1 serrano pepper, minced, (seed if you want)
3 garlic cloves , minced
Mix all ingredients, garnish with fresh oregano, serve with sausage--also a great topping for gourmet hot dogs!!
