Yesterday, Roy added 3 oz. of pineapple juice to each batch of the 'champagne' and it was a great addition - have changed my recipe and thought whoever here makes it might want to give it a try.

No, I haven't really had a reason to make it, so I haven't tried it.

I forgot I did that - it was good, but I think I would change the recipe to reflect an alternative rather than changing the original recipe. I hope I did that, I haven't made it for so long - everyone up here drinks wine!!
