I can't find the recipe for the porkchops using mayo, etc. I want to fix them for Paul this weekend. Sharon fixed them twice for me and they were magnificient and juicy.
Don't wait too long to tell someone you love them.

Oh you just reminded me of a new Poll I wanted to do!

I don't know what recipe you are talking about Billy. Is it from C@H?

I found this online:

4 pork loin chops, trimmed
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup corn meal
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup plain bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Preheat oven to 400°F.
Rinse pork chops under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and lemon juice; whisk until smooth. Place dry ingredients in a round cake pan or pie tin and stir. Lightly brush the pork chops with the lemon and mayonnaise mixture. Place in crumb mixture and coat evenly.
Arrange chops on cookie sheet that has been lightly coated with cooking oil spray. Bake on top rack of oven 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
Makes 4 servings.

And this one too:

The Best Dang Pork Chops Ever!!
Ingredients
6 Boneless Butterfly Pork Chops
1 Kosher Salt
1 Mayonnaise
1 Corn Flake Crumbs

Instructions for The Best Dang Pork Chops Ever!!
Preheat oven to 350.
Smear each pork chops with mayonnaise, season with kosher salt, dredge in corn flake crumbs. Place on cookie sheet sprayed with Pam. I use the olive oil flavor. Bake for 40-45 minutes, depending on your oven. Turn chops halfway thru cooking time.

I really don't know where it came from originally, but Sharon posted how to fix them. They are really tasty and succulent.

Sweetie it came from me being too cheap to throw "extra" beaten egg for dredging away. Just a brain fart in the wind! But it worked!
