Review Moroccan Chicken Tangine

Moroccan Chicken Tagine with apricot couscous. This one is from the newer Weeknight Menus. I made it 2 nights ago.

This was a good easy meal. We liked it. I made fairly close to the recipe - I did not have olives (and we dont like them) so I did not add those. And I did not serve with orange wedges, but that would have added a fresh taste. Hubby thought it could have some more tomatoes.
We'd give it an 7.5 or 8. I usually have most of the items on hand so I like different easy meals to throw together.

I was going to make a comment on your review, but I just realized this recipe is different then the one that I made. I made the Saffron Chicken Tagine with honey-raisin couscous (It's really delicious).
