About a year ago I made a recipe of pork and cabbage from CH. I do not remember if it was from one of the magazines or from one of the books.
Pork was basically drenched in bread crumbs and eggs and cabbage was almost sweet and sour but actually it had apples in it.
Does it ring a bell to anybody and if it does can you lead me to the right issue or book.
