Jean, Jean the Grilling Queen!

I love to grill too and thought of you when I saw this recipe in my NEW issue, June 2008!

Grilled Fruit Salad

Man it looks good. Grilled peaches, grapes and pineapple. Then they add (ungrilled) rasberries and kiwi. Top it with a yogurt marmalade sauce, orange zest and toasted almonds!

The Grilled Eggplant Salad looks really great too! You are just gonna have to look at that one. Delish!

I'm making the full Surf and Turf dinner in the new issue tomorrow night for a dinner party. Even going to make the ceasar salad and the chocolate covered strawberry shortcake. Yum.

Oh my, we'll be home Tuesday.....those all sound so tasty and dishes that 'must' be made.
Retired and having fun writing cookbooks, tasting wine and sharing recipes with all my friends.
