I made the Fish Curry from Weeknights II with the spinach samosas last night. I used halibut - which I bought for $8.99 for 12 oz. I buy the Full Circle brand in the frozen section. Since we have no chance of getting fresh seafood here, I think this is the best quality we can get for a reasonable price.

I halved the recipe because these are flavors teenage daughter wouldn't like. And she did turn up her nose to the aroma. She and the boyfriend went to Steak n Shake instead.

We really enjoyed this dinner and will definitely make it again. They suggest you can use other meats such as chicken or lamb.

The spinach samosas use frozen puff pastry and are like turnovers. The spice and garlic sauteed with the spinach were very nice and the farmer cheese might be replaced with feta.

I'd give this an 8.5.
