Holiday Menus

  Re: (...)
I found this today at Shop and Save, generally the only place around that carries them. I haven't gone all the way through it, but a couple of things look promising, so far:

Swiss Eibrot (Like French Toast cubes w/abutter and sugar glaze)

Tenderloin rumaki w/bourbon sauce

Turkey Cubano

Pork Wellington, slightly different, I think, than the one I made from C@H issue #??? have to look it up

Buttermilk panna cotta w/kumquat/ginger marmalade

So far, so good, will report more later!

They are in the new C@H Holiday Menus book. I found it at Costco for 30% off the cover price.

There are a lot of goodies in there.
Stuffed Shells Bolognese
Southwest breakfast strudel
Bananas Foster Bread Pudding

So many to choose from!

I just got one today too...found mine at Borders. It has a lot of good looking recipes...more than I expected.

I thought the turkey cubano looked good too...oh, and the eibrot (never heard of that before) looks amazing! My son was looking through the book with me and wants me to make just about everything.

Sorry, Jean, didn't realize you didn't know C@H had a new one. Anyways, it looks good!

How well I know Jean! The ad was on the inside cover of the last CAH. I keep telling myself, "You know you're going to order it, so just go ahead and do it!"
Don't wait too long to tell someone you love them.
