I made the Brazilian Chicken and Sausage last night for dinner and it was a big hit! The kids even ate it!!! Woohoo!! My DH said, "I would definitely add this to the rotation."
I cut back (by 1/2) on the red pepper flakes on the chicken seasoning, I thought it could have used a touch more but everyone else liked it. Also, the salad that accompanied the recipe could have been more flavorful. I'm thinking that a little honey, maybe or something similar would have given the dressing a little oomph.
On DH's reccomendation, I will definitely make this dinner again and play with the flavors a little.
