Looked thru this last night and I really like this one....maybe I was just hungry but there are lots that I'm going to be trying -

Flank Steak skewers
bacon-wrapped pork skewers
rosemary-garlic chix skewers (but not with thigh skins...)
tandoori turkey
.......hmmmm, and a couple of you guys aren't impressed with this one - how funny tastes are, huh?

And you know what really p*sses me off???? Reading the 'tips and techniques' and realize I've been doing these for years!

But that tip about rimming a margarita glass with honey and then salt really caught my eye!!

MMmm, that does sound good. I haven't recieved Issue 64 yet, but any time now
We just loved the shrimp serviche in Issue 46, but I didn't rim the glass, it was too salty sounding. But, the honey first idea sounds better. Btw, that was the all time best serviche so far.
