from the Perfect Pasta book - my, is this a tasty dish. I don't remember tossing mushrooms with flour before cooking before and I love the way they cook with this step.

We sure enjoyed it.

Tried this recipe last night. It was excellent. I used 1/2 # of button mushrooms, 1/4 # of shitake and a portobella. Didn't have enough Marsala so I used dry sherry for deglazing. A very nice simple dinner.

I will have to make this one too. I don't have the Perfect Pasta book, but am seeing one in my crystal ball in the near future. Along with my new pasta roller coming in the mail.

I am making the three mushrooom ragu - the recipe of the week sent out yesterday - from issue 31. A friend is coming over one day this week and we will make it. I have not tried either of these, I think they are similar.
