I would unashamedly like to make a very sincere accolade (they call it a bouquet here) to Billy!!!
He is the most giving person of his time and patience.
I really appreciate all of the advice--in all realms--that he has given.
The excerpt of Culinary Artistry--well, it's ordered and will be waiting for me when I visit the States.
Any questions I personally send---answered immediately with a touch of fun attached AND
I don't think I would have survived the Mastercook program without his suggestions and expertise.

Well for heaven sakes! Here I was expecting to read something about someone who went above and beyond! My friends, that's what friends are for is it not? I do thank you though, it is always nice to hear. The sentiments are returned whole heartedly too!
