Hello,
Just fininshed making Cheeseburger Soup. Such a comfort food. Really good soup. Was really afraid to put mustard and ketchup into the soup but I DID IT...and the flavor is really good.
Well i did a few substitutions...did not use ground beef...used ground turkey instead and did not use butter. I also doubled the broth.

I'm glad you gave it a good review because it looks great to me. We're kinda souped out right now but since it's going to be cold this weekend, I may cook just one more.

HA HA...I was not EVEN planning to make soup yesterday but it started to rain soooooooo what else can you make for dinner on the first rainy day...SOUP of course.
But I do love most of the soups in that book...I think next one will be Tuscan Minestrone but I do reserve the right to change my mind.
