I've had trouble in the past with making notes on a recipe when I change it. I can't seem to get it done even with a pencil laying next to the recipe. What I finally did was buy a small hand tape recorder and keep it ON TOP of the recipe. Now I just pick it up and say what I'm doing. Later I update the notes on the recipe. Works well.

My luck I'd forget to put a tape in the machine
Heck I forget to take pictures of my dishes in class and I have the darn camera in my pocket!
I'll have to make hubby sit there while I cook and dictate to him...no wait can't read his writing...Billy take notes for me

Hey I use the MSN messenger all day to keep in touch with my various offices. If anyone else uses it and wants to contact me PM and let me know. I've learned the hard way to never post your screen name or user name Hahaha
