Well, the fundraiser dinner is now behind us and oh, it was such a wonderful event!! There are a few recipes that as soon I get them I will post for you all here. One that was especially good was a Humboldt Fog Bread Pudding!!! I got to taste the pudding, oh my, but we were too busy to taste all the components of the dish - the pudding was served with prosciutto and ??? stuffed quail. It looked wonderful!

So as the chefs share, so shall I!!

Now, it's on to Portland for one more cooking 'do' and then home...
Retired and having fun writing cookbooks, tasting wine and sharing recipes with all my friends.
