Jane and I didn't think anybody could teach us anything about fried chicken and honestly CAH did the chicken just like we would have--we never had tomato gravy however and it was outstanding-- right up there with milk gravy. We used baby spinach instead of collards for the very unique pilaf and found it quite pleasing----Impressed in Dixie

Thanks for the review...I was just looking at the tomato gravy and wondering how that was. It sure looks good! I have a fried chicken recipe that I LOVE already but maybe I'll have to give this one a shot. Thanks again!
