Yum. I love fish 'n chips!

I already posted this on the other thread because I saw it first. We are doing meatless Monday, grilling assorted veggies basted with olive oil and seasoned salt, and putting it all on pita bread with some good hummus. Maybe a Drumstick for dessert...had a few l/o and someone has to eat them. Wink

I know cod is standard fish used in fish sticks, but if anyone wants to treat themselves to a splurge use halibut.
I had some in the Falkland Islands in a pub with a cold rain outside. We were on a shore trip from a cruise.  A pint
of stout went perfectly and it was the best fish and chips I ever had. Big Grin

We just had grilled halibut tacos yesterday.  Really tasty tacos.

I hear that halibut season starts here soon, hopefully we'll get lucky!
