I made ours this afternoon for a late lunch since we were going out tonight. Turned out so well that I'll probably repeat it again tomorrow.

Had leftovers of mine (how ironic for a meal made from leftovers), but would definitely repeat it anyway.

When we set this up I had no idea what was going to happen this week! I have technically done the project - but it's not what I wanted.
The rest of this week meals are going to be really haphazard since I'm packing up most of the loose kitchen stuff!
I can't wait to get this done and over with!

Well, since this is actually a l/os challenge/mystery box dinner, something simple is actually in order. I'm glad you were able to do it at all, Sharon. Good luck with the rest of the week!
Where is Trixxee?

Well . . . not really. Sort of! No almonds, no bacon and I used rice.
I didn't want to open a pkg of bacon to sit for days or open the brand new bag of almonds. LOL Excuses! Jean would send me to my room.

I’m running behind, but I have a few ideas to decide on for this weekend.
