Might just pick something up. We are going bowling with my sister's family this afternoon and Tony has to pack for the trip when we get home so take out is sounding good.

I had wanted flank steak but our meat guy was out . . .more in 2 weeks, darn. We got some cube steak that I'll sous vide for 40 min. then bread and proceed for Chicken Fried Steak, mashed potatoes, mustard cream gravy and a big salad. It is so not a summer menu - but it sounds so good.
It will be interesting to see how this process works. The meat will be cooked perfectly with just a one minute fry on each side. The recipe calls for bread crumbs instead of flour . . . hmmmmmm.
You only live once . . . but if you do it right once should be enough!

Oh, Sharon, I considered pot roast for tomorrow, but I may change my mind!
We went home to do sound board at church yesterday, so we picked up fried chicken at the grocery store at the lake for old times sake. We had cold fried chicken with vinegar for dinner
