Daphne, that's wonderful news and certainly something to celebrate this weekend if you can take a little time off.

Thanks, guys!  He learned his lesson when he didn't follow instructions last November.  He had a chance to ease off his seizure meds, but he rushed it.  And it backfired.  So now he's stuck with it.  We are going to try redistributing the meds in an effort to try to improve his sleep.  He feels like this med is keeping him from sleeping well, which is why he rushed the reduction plan last November..  So now we have another plan, and if this doesn't work, our neurologist can refer him to a sleep specialist.  But to be released for a whole year is a tremendous relief.

T.G.I.F. Dinner, 5/12/17??

What's for dinner??

Went out for lunch yesterday and brought home a nice amount of Calamari - I'm thinking 'seafood' patties into sliders. with the l/o Swt. potato fries. AND, a friend brought over a humungous Blackberry pie yesterday. It looked so good, I put the calamari back in the fridge and had pie for dinner.

She makes a darn great pie!!! (He had 2 pieces!)

Excellent news for William.

We are throwing a rack of ribs in the oven this afternoon and then will finish off on the grill.  Corn on the cob too.  Nothing green.  Sick of green.  Wink

I have to leave now to go to my Alzheimer's support group meeting, so will probably stop at the grocery store on the way home to pick up something to grill.

Calamari Sliders were a definite hit for dinner today!! And adding the Sweet Potato Fries to mix was a winner, too. Smile

Jean, I love your bun! I've been getting hot dog buns for hot dogs and using them for burgers, also! I think next time, I'll make my burger in the shape of a hot dog like I saw on Triple D recently.

Steak night!

Love halving the hot dog buns - they seem perfect to sliders for us. Smile

Saturday's Dinner, 5/13/17??

What's for dinner?

I had planned slow cooked rib (old pkg. found in the freezer) sliders for today before we had l/o calamari, but think I'll still go with them again today. With some slaw
