Dinner will be based on what time Ron gets home. If he gets home early, we are going out for dinner. If he is going to be late then I'm going to make Shrimp Scampi Linguine with tomatoes and capers from the new issue.

Well, must say this was one of the easiest dinners to put together in a while. A while back I picked up 6 or 8 whole chickens and broke them down. Today I used a pkg. with 2 half-breasts (big uns, too!) I cut each in 3 pieces, dipped in BBQ (really spicy) sauce and 'slow-cooked Oven Baked' for 1 1/4 hours in a 300° oven. How easy is that. Served with a rice blend of goodies and that was it.

Now, I have lots of spicy goodies to use up.
