T.G.I.F. Dinner, 7/8/16??

What's on the menu for everyone today?

I pulled a couple twice-baked potatoes from the freezer, sliced tomatoes and corn on the cob!

It's a late workday for me . . . I probably won't get home until after 8:30 so dinner is on Bob. I know what I'd like . . . not sure if he can or will - Chili Mac & Cheese & corn.

Changed my mind. I think salmon . . . and we'll split a giant artichoke. Easy peasy.

It's beef tip stroganoff with dilled rice, horseradish sour cream and asparagus.

I need to run to Sprouts for some homeopathic stuff and while there I might just pick up a couple of chicken sausages of some sort and a fresh baguette to make grilled sandwiches topped with peppers and onions.

Well, I couldn't decide, but after reading Trixxee's post, it reminded me of our favorite grilled vegetable sandwich, so that's what I'm going for.

We have a favorite vegetable market that we frequently use that is a lot like Sprouts. Paul Sr. had three stands at the Westside Market for years. The family decided to open this store a few years back. I find a lot of goodies there.

I love those grilled veggie sandwiches on Hoagies....haven't done them forever. You're starting something, Trixxee.

The link isn't opening for me (impatient), but that must be a fun market place, Maryann.

Hmm, not sure why it won't open for you, Jean. It does open right away for me.

Maryann, the link worked for me as well. That looks like a great place to shop!

No cooking for me tonight. We're headed out to dinner...probably pizza, but it will depend on the crowds. I don't like waiting for a seat and we don't have reservations anywhere.

Looks like a great store Maryann! Glad I could spark a dinner idea for someone.

I would up getting chicken/spinach/feta sausages. I hope they are good.
