Another Clean the Fridge dish – Singapore Noodles with Chicken & Kielbasa. The standout in this dish was the simplistic sauce. I combined curry powder, soy and a little water to thin out – and it just brought it all together. Now, I hope I can duplicate it – and, I don’t know why I don’t do more curries, we both really like them.
