What's on the menu for everyone??
I may make the po'boy out of the leftovers of both the B'day dinner and yesterdays - really fusion.

Ron asked for a meal we used to do years ago...salmon patties with old-fashioned mac 'n cheese. Steamed broccoli will help make it a bit healthier.

I've been sharing pork recipes with Ashley this week and realized I couldn't get the Japanese Fried Pork out of my head. It was that good. So I'm doing it again tonight.

Oh Maryann, you just reminded me of the first time I had mac & cheese with salmon. When the C2C cooks met for the first time in 2002(?) in Tecumseh, Kelly Johnson had this on his menu -
"Serving Ideas : The way Kelly served:
Topped with pc of Roasted Salmon topped with BBQ sauce & Saffron & Basil oil drizzle."
I've loved this ever since.

Tony had a big late bbq lunch and Michael just wants waffles and nothing sounds enticing enough to cook for myself so I might just make a "french salted caramel" milkshake with the new ice cream I just bought.
