We are planning to do my b-day menu today, as it did not get done the last time I planned it due to rain.

This is funny! I'm making it, too!
Maryann, are you feeling any better?

I had a request for Swedish meatballs, so that's for dinner.

Left overs. Made chicken meatballs with celery seed, then made a sauce with sour cream and buffalo wing wing sauce. Next was rice and stirred in some some bleu cheese. Served the meatballs over the rice and topped with the sauce. Quite tasty

Yum! Your ice cream sounds delicious, Jean!
So I've had to move Maryann's Birthday Dinner to tomorrow. The kids are camping at the farm tonight celebrating Jason's Birthday. (Ashley's long time boyfriend) and they invited us to eat dinner with them. I've been told they have shrimp, sausage/pepper/onions, hamburgers, potato salad, several desserts, and whatever the others bring.

Jack's sister's son is coming and will be watching the hockey playoffs with my husband, so I'm making turkey chili and cornbread. And did anyone know that this is National Oatmeal Cookie day?!?
I'm maing a skillet version for dessert.
