I finally made a meal plan. Now we'll see if I stick to it! LOL! Tonight is Ginger Chipotle Glazed Baby Back Ribs with corn-on-the-cob and slaw....FINALLY!

That's been my problem Daphne, sticking to my menu plan. Last week was really bad. I made only two dinners that were actually on the menu.
That looks great Trixxee, copied and saved.
Tonight I'm making Chinese almond chicken, AGAIN!! Love it!

We pigged out on carnitas tacos at our favorite Taqueria in Wenatchee . . . the thought of dinner is a little meh right now. (we stopped at a little market in Quincy and found beautiful fresh blue corn tortillas . . . might inspire something although I'm thinking fish. We've got some cod in the freezer . . . well
Fish tacos!
! That was a short trip between beer battered fish & chips and fish tacos.
You only live once . . . but if you do it right once should be enough!
