What's on the menu for everyone today??

I'm repeating a pork roast I did a couple years ago which was so good. And, an interesting method of roasting.

Tired of Pulled Pork Roast - wrapped in Parchment

It was so tasty!

So yummy! Actually, William broke down and made BBQ recently. I had to watch him like a hawk to keep him from cruising through the kitchen and sneaking some out of the pan! I couldn't get it packaged and put away fast enough! LOL!

Tonight, I'm making the Crispy Braised Chicken Thighs With Cabbage and Bacon with Truffled Egg Noodles that you posted.

Blane, are you making the light version with cauliflower or the one like they make at Olove Garden with potatoes?

I have some really good smoked kielbasi from my favorite meat store that they make "in house". Just haven't decided what to do with it yet.

Might make the rolls from The Banh Mi Handbook and turn it into my own sort of banh mi sandwich.

Blane, I've had it at the restaurant. It's pretty good. But we prefer the lighter version. If you like the restaurant style, you may want to try the soup Karyn posted a week or so ago. It's pretty good and very similar to the OG version.
