What's on the menu for everyone tonight? I *think* I'm making chicken piccata over angel hair with a baby greens salad on the side.

I'm making Betty's recipe for Smothered Chicken Casserole, but subbing plain yogurt for the half 'n half. There is broccoli in the casserole, but I just picked up a 1 lb. container of organic baby spinach on sale, so making some of that for a side.

Made Ron some raspberry thumbprint cookies yesterday, so that's dessert.

I made a slaw and added feta crumbles to it (and a few pine nuts) - what a great flavor!

Picked up my Boar's Head Roast Beef and Provolone for our French Dip Sandwiches with the last two loves of my bread. I had a lot to do today, so William had snacks earlier. So we are eating a little later. But very soon, now. EXCITED!
