Some ideas for leftovers

  Re: (...)
Had some leftovers from the Christmas prime rib and Yorkshire pudding, so yesterday's lunch was...

... the Yorkshire Prime Cheesesteak: thinly sliced leftover prime rib with provolone melted and cooked right in, then served with leftover Yorkshire pudding as the "bread."

Today's lunch was a grilled-cheese sandwich with the Yorkshire pudding as the "bread" and American cheese.
