Have 5 ears of corn and lots of rotissiere chicken so I'm going to make a corn & chicken chowder. With bacon.

I love chicken corn chowder. Made some recently with l/o grilled corn that I cut off the cobs. Best I've ever made.
We're having salmon, rice, and asparagus tonight if I can find some good asparagus. Otherwise it will be frozen peas which Ron also loves with rice. ("risi-bisi")

Chicken Satay sounds sooo good! It was actually almost sunny today so I wish I had planned on grilling. Sigh....
Instead, we're having a skillet dinner...sausage, spinach and pasta for us tonight.
