What's on the menu for everyone today??
Leftovers here - and after taking out most of the garden, probably a mish mash of veggies. 
Retired and having fun writing cookbooks, tasting wine and sharing recipes with all my friends.

Tomato soup. The weather is so cool at night my last tomatoes came off and are going in the pot
Keeping it easy tonight - just frozen TJ's tempura chicken with orange sauce, steamed rice and sauteed napa cabbage.
We are still enjoying beautiful weather here in the Midwest, so will be grilling tonight. Salmon Teriyaki is on the menu with some grilled veggies and steamed rice.
Menu planning is working well and saving me a lot of time.
