What's on the menu for everyone today??
I think I'll make pizza with some of the leftovers from Thursday.

CA is making one of our favorites, Boursin-potato soup w/ bacon and chives.
A perfect meal on this rainy day.

Tony won't be home until late as he's taking the train down to the horse races in Del Mar - annual company outing so we're on our own. Michael wants rotissiere chicken and yellow rice. I'll probably just have a grilled ham/cheese/tomato sandwich unless I have that for lunch then dinner would be a weird combo tamale I bought at the farmer's market - tomatillo, feta and olive.

I was considering cooking up some of my Italian sausages with peppers and onions so I can do pizza in a few days, but Ashley isn't going to be home, so I think I'll wait. Maybe steak? We shall see.

Well, it's 87° and sunny here, so Ron decided this would be a good day to put ribs in the smoker. Holly, Bob and the girls are coming tonight since they did not go out to their camper this weekend. I'm going to make mac 'n cheese and a salad. Not sure what Holly is bringing yet.
