What's on the menu for everyone today??
I may go freezer diving and see what comes up.

Breakfast - those pancakes and sausage. Maybe I'll chill a bottle of champagne as if it's brunch.

It's still super hot here, so I'm going for a cold noodle salad...Sesame Noodles with Chicken & Veggies.

I made Orecchiette with Brussel Sprouts and Bacon. Ran out of Parm. Reg. so used Asiago. Delish!

As much as I love pizza with pizza dough, I'm sure enjoying having different 'flavors' of large wraps in the freezer and using up dibs and dabs of leftovers for tortilla pizza or as some are calling them, Bar (or Pub) pizzas. Feel so healthy...

Jean, do you put them on a pizza stone to bake? I read somewhere that you can put them into a cast iron skillet to bake also.

Whether I grill or bake them, I use my cast iron hot cake griddle - perfect size, preheated, of course.
