We are meeting my sister-in-law for a late lunch, so will probably just have soup and salad later tonight.
So, where are you traveling to today, Jean?

We're headed for Temecula, CA - always seems like fun time is over when we hit CA again.

That was our dinner last night. Yum! Tonight, in honor of the rain that's moved in for the week, its creamy chicken enchiladas.

I made a Vietnamese salad to have later on this evening. I made an iceberg salad with slivered carrots, green onion, red pepper, and a bit of cucumber. That will go over cooked rice vermicelli noodles with an Asian dressing and sunflower nuts with an eggroll on the side.

We did burgers on the grill! Sadly, it wasn't nice enough to enjoy the deck. But soon!
