the farm is sold! Closing May 15th. Between negotiations and other mind-numbing things, I haven't been cooking much lately, but in 2 months I will be able to participate here again. Until that time, I'll be lurking occasionally. Post some entertaining stuff here, guys, because I'm gong to need the distraction!

We spent the day cleaning out closets and carrying boxes. I'm exhausted!

Jean, this is an umbelievably wonderful situation with the furniture-- the buyers grandparents bought the house contents for them so that they could better afford the house. The buyers are in their late-20's and love old houses and are swearing to me that they will never change a thing. Well... they do have a nice collection of antiques themselves It's nice to hear, though!

Thanks everyone, for the congrats. And, Maryann, I guess St Joseph did his job even though I didn't pur him in the yard!
