This was Bill's idea for his salmon - I've only done it once as I usually roast at a higher temp. But, we did like this method.

Thanks, Jean!!! Now I have to decide between this recipe and another on that same thread (with orange marmalade, since I have a little in the bottom of a jar to use up). Salmon for dinner tonight! And the oven will warm my cold kitchen, as well.
