What's on the menu for everyone today??
Pizza with l/o Asian flavored ribs from Sunday. I've been so disappointed with my pizza lately, I'm sure hoping I'm back in the groove today!!

Your pizzas always look delicious. Is it the dough?

Tony won't be home - he'll be dining in Austin, TX and I'm thinking of making another patty melt. I still have some rye bread so why not.
Michael wants waffles and canadian bacon for dinner.

Yup, Blane, I've just not been happy with my dough lately....can't figure out what I'm doing or not doing. It's just stupid!!
O.K., dinner's over and I'm a happy camper again.
The rise, crumb and taste of the crust was what it should be.
I've been playing with dough recipes for a 2nd book, but scr*w it, I'm staying with my tried and true and just update some of the sauces and toppings. So tired of knocking my head against a wall.

That would make a great cover for your next book! Looks delicious, and so glad you are happy with your dough again. We are always happy with it.
