Thanksgiving/Christmas Issue #108

  Re: (...)
This is a special issue because I was at C@H when this issue was on the 'story board' and got to hear about all the dishes that caught my eye. And, to taste the Chocolate-Peppermint cake - which was delicious and I'm not even a peppermint fan.

The recipes that still look good to me are:

Thai Fish & Noodles
Asian Pork Rolls
I love mashed potatoes & Cauliflower
Beef & Swt. Potato Stew
Pumpkin Pie Breakfast Bread Pudding (yum!)
Retired and having fun writing cookbooks, tasting wine and sharing recipes with all my friends.

I made the salmon but cut down on the amount EVOO. 3 tablespoons is a little much for me. Solid recipe other than that. The green bean orzo side dish was also very good.
